| I've noted before that when club bookers, who see hundreds of bands, go nuts over an act it's usually worth paying attention. In this case it's Xiaoting Luo who books The Annex and the band is Generals and Majors, an amalgam of some of the best NYC rockers in recent years fronted by what appears to be a cross between Gene Vincent and Sylvester Stallone. They are certainly all hopped up and ready to go. I've picked three songs from their hell-for-leather set - 'Waiting For The Kill', 'New York City', and the crazy closer 'Drink From My Cup'. |
